Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. Once the product is received and inspected, a confirmation of returned product will be emailed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If product refund is approved, a store credit (gift card) will be issued by email with a unique refund code
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If your order is cancelled or if you have been refunded for an item that is out of stock, you will receive a refund notification via email.
Typically refunds take up to 5 to 7 business days to be processed by financial institutions. If you have not received a refund after that time please contact us at email@example.com for additional support.
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Clearance and discounted sales products will not be refunded.
Disco Sis will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, we will exchange it for the same item if in stock. Email a request to exchange the product at firstname.lastname@example.org. If exchange is confirmed an authorization claim number will be issued and sent to you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
